2018 UTME. 1.3 Million Results To Be Released Today

The Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board (JAMB) has disclosed that it will release about 1.3 million results of candidates that sat for the 2018 Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination on Monday (today). These are results from centres that have been screened for possible cases of malpractice. JAMB has promised to release more of the 2018 UTME results on 19th March. This was confirmed by The Head of Media of the Board, Dr Fabian Benjamin on Saturday. JAMB Explains Reason For Delay In Releasing Some Results

The JAMB Boss, Professor Oloyede yesterday in Abuja disclosed the reason why the board has not been able to released more results this week.  He disclosed this during the parade of a suspect caught in exam malpractice by officials of the Nigeria Security and Civil Defence Corps, in Abuja According to him, some latest revelations of exam malpratices in some centres have made the board unable to not release some results on Wednesday. The Joint Admission and Matriculation Board (JAMB) has disclosed that the results of the 2018 Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME) will not be released immediately.
